Digital Services Nature

DevStudio provides digital services including web development, mobile app development, and related technical services. Due to the intangible nature of digital services, traditional "returns" do not apply in the same way as physical products.

Project Deliverables

All project deliverables, including source code, designs, and documentation, are provided to clients upon project completion and payment. Once delivered, these digital assets cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

Revision Policy

We offer revision rounds as part of our service agreements. The number of revisions included varies by project scope and is outlined in individual project contracts. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Dissatisfaction with Deliverables

If you are dissatisfied with the deliverables:

1. Contact us immediately to discuss your concerns
2. We will work with you to understand the issues
3. We will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate concerns within the project scope
4. If issues cannot be resolved, please refer to our Refund Policy

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to use the delivered work as outlined in the project agreement. Source code and assets are transferred according to the terms specified in individual contracts.
